Since exploding on the table soccer scene in the early 2000's, American superstar Tony Spredeman has become one of the most dominating players in the sport. Tony’s first world championship title came in 2003 when he lost only three total games en route to the Open Singles championship. He added another Tornado world title in 2008, when he defeated the great Frederic Collignon in a two-set performance that many have called the greatest ever. Tony has won multiple national titles, is a five-time defending Texas State champion in both Open Singles and Doubles, and has been a member of the gold medal-winning United States World Cup team on three different occasions. Spredeman, whose consistency is remarkable, has used his mesmerizing 5-rod and quick-and-intelligent snake shot to dominate the American tour over the past half decade like no one ever has. His recent record includes more than 20 open titles in each of the past few seasons, with a winning percentage of better than 70% in the big events on the American Pro Tour. Tony remains one of the game’s great ambassadors, a player who not only competes at the highest level, but is also a great teacher and spokesman for the sport of table soccer.
